Big Legislative Wins for Consumers!

NextGen Policy, along with the Office of Kat Taylor and a robust coalition of consumer protection organizations, was successful in creating the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation (DFPI), with broad, groundbreaking authority to pursue and hold accountable unscrupulous actors seeking to harm California consumers with bad products and practices.
