California needs to invest in clean transit

The Climate Action Plan for Transportation Infrastructure (CAPTI) — released by the California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA) — details strategies to fight climate change, support public health, and advance equity by transforming how we prioritize state transportation dollars. CAPTI is our chance to rethink our transportation sector, so we can live in a cleaner, healthier, more equitable state. But we must go farther to address the urgency of the climate crisis and protect public health.
